Once Upon A Me is an audio story app for children and families. The App provides original narrated stories, free previews, read-along text, adjustable play speeds, and story themes for bedtime and beyond. The App is developed and operated by Once Upon A Me LLC, based in Colorado, United States.
Monthly Subscription ($3.99/month): Provides access to the full story library while the subscription is active. The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Yearly Subscription ($19.99/year): Provides access to the full story library while the subscription is active. The subscription automatically renews each year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods except where required by Apple, Google, or applicable law.
All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store any payment information. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their standard process.
Stories are original narrated audio stories with read-along text and free previews. Full story access requires an active subscription unless a story is otherwise marked free in the App.
All story content, characters, and narratives are the intellectual property of Once Upon A Me LLC. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the stories on your devices while your access is active.
You may not redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any story content from the App.
Story availability, previews, narrator voices, app features, and library size may change over time as we improve the App and add or update content.

The App is provided "as is." While we strive to deliver high-quality audio stories, we do not guarantee that audio playback, previews, or service access will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Once Upon A Me LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
